Refurbishment
Stanley Bragg have been commissioned to divide an existing retail store into 3 restaurant uses.
The design includes extending the entrance feature which faces the Chelmer River and introducing first floor external terraces.
The original brick façade is to be partly disguised with standing seam copper cladding , render and structural glass and provide a reference to the Wharf design vernacular.
The layout required close MEP co-ordination for services and vertical risers through the mixed-use building.
