Cowdray Trade Counters, Colchester
A brown field site in an urban industrial area, which sits adjacent to a new residential development.
The development consists of 7 various sized units to appeal to various occupiers. The buildings to the east are inward looking so that they reduce visual and noise impact to the adjacent new residential development. The design combines ‘industrial’ materials and brick so that there is a relationship between the industrial use and adjacent houses.
