SBAL were part of the team which assisted Braintree District Council to adopt a Land Development Order for the site, so that occupiers could avoid a long and expensive planning process by being compliant with the Local Development Order and Design Guide.
The office wrote the architectural design guide for the Council, which has been adopted.
We are involved with the masterplanning of the 60 acre site and moving forward into detail design for a number of the plots.
