60 Dwelling Masterplan, Layer de le Haye
This relatively low density rural masterplan is on an Emerging Plan site allocation. The sites rural exemption has allowed for additional units to be included in the masterplan. The illustrative masterplan is for 60 dwellings and has been subject to third party consultation, which has helped shape the outcome of the design.
