A 65 acre site with various commercial uses. SBAL are providing master-planning and developing plots for various clients. The site requires a higher level of external design and materials to comply with the design code which the practice contributed to.
The designs produced to date demonstrate that creative use of colours, patterns and materials can provide a uplifting approach to the once grey monotonous industrial buildings of the past.
