Permitted Development Conversion from Office to Residential
Stanley Bragg Architects were appointed to investigate and review the opportunity for converting the former office building into residential apartments. There were 2 designs developed, one being permitted development work, the second being an expanded scheme to develop the bland facades and to extend vertically by a floor.
In total the building has been converted into 68 one and two bedroom apartments.
