Private Client, Paget Road
The conversion of an existing 1960 bungalow into a two-storey development along one of the most desirable locations in Ipswich. The brief was to design a contemporary dwelling which compliments other bespoke houses. The materials considered were ceramic wood tiles to the face, with elongated bricks and render. The sloping site provided both challenges and opportunities to create a split-level dwelling.
