Stanley Bragg Architects were appointed by Lacey Developments Ltd to develop a planning-approved 7 storey, 30 unit residential scheme to a completed project.
Through the design development the building envelope and all 30 apartments were redesigned internally to improve the spatial qualities and sales values, including the enlargement of the penthouse to over 2000sqft with spectacular views across the estuary.
