A new build over 55’s village
Outline and the subsequent Reserved Matters planning applications have been approved with the more traditional design option. This over 55’s village is to provide 103 bungalows, 55 unit Independent Living and a 70 bed care home featuring Alzheimer’s and Dementia specialisms.
The development also provides a medical centre, sports and leisure facilities and a number of small local centre shops focused around a new lake. The site will provide a quality living environment for residents and locals to enjoy.
