Chafford School, Rainham
Stanley Bragg Architects were appointed by the Chafford School to review the existing buildings and site to prepare a Site Development Plan.
The study resulted in a number of development proposals that condense and improve the site arrangements and in the long term provide a masterplan basis to develop a number of new and improved facilities.
The preferred option was developed and obtained planning approval. The approval was implemented with some smaller construction projects.
