Witham Enterprise Centre, Witham
A project which is being developed to provide various commercial uses as part of a Section 106-site allocation.
The proposal seeks to address multiple uses on the site. The central building promotes higher tech/ R&D uses which share a common communal space for networking, this is alongside small and medium size grow-on units. This design considers 3m long ceramic tiles which allows for a maintenance free cladding design, which will retain its attractive appearance for the life of the building.
