Stanley Bragg Architects were instructed to prepare designs for 12 small business units within a business park setting, including car parking facilities. The units ranged in floorspace from 64sqm to 89sqm (total floor area is 992 sqm (approx. 10,500 sq.ft).
The units are designed to appeal to B1, B2 or B8 users; but also D1 or D2 uses could accommodate health related uses, specialist fitness operations or education and training uses.
The contemporary designed scheme is arranged in four small blocks, with entrance features designed to make the units attractive to a range of users and to add visual interest, whilst maintaining a unified theme.
