Innovation Centre, Colchester
The University of Essex appointed Stanley Bragg Architects to develop this project from planning to completion.
The completed scheme has a ground floor café, meeting rooms, creative suite and hot desk area with 53 offices on the first and second floors ranging between 20m2 and 52m2 units as an incubator Innovation Centre.
