British Offsite, Horizon 120

A 138,000 sq ft bespoke B2 (general industrial) Headquarter building within the Horizon 120 development in Great Notley, using the Land development Order planning process.

The building consists of a 3 storey office and welfare facility, with a warehouse to facilitate a new offsite building process assembly unit.

The design used a Tremoterm metal cladding system which produced a high tolerance flat façade, which can be appreciated against adjacent buildings due to the unique design and flatness.

The building achieved BREAAM very good and had to also comply with the strict fire requirements for the building façade.
