Located adjacent to one of the main approaches into Colchester town centre, with views overlooking the Colne River, this residential development consists of 200 units incorporating ‘Live-Work’ accommodation and affordable housing units.
This project involved extensive site analysis and liaison with Planning Officers, which has achieved a contemporary distinctive design approach using strong elevation forms, colour and a variety of facing materials.
