The client acquired their large 3 acre rural site, which was triangular in shape and located adjacent to established woodland, with distant views towards Layer Marney Towers. with the brief to demolish the existing bungalow and replace it with a larger detached three storey feature dwelling.
Designed in a contemporary style the design is based upon a sunken lower ground floor with the main rooms above served from a main feature stair in a free flowing plan layout.
