A development which required extensive negotiations with the planning authority to respond to the siting, TPO trees, neighbourhood design and open space.

A number of 3d flythroughs and cgi’s were produced to explain the development, which contributed to the planning outcome.

The house design takes influence from the neighbouring 1950’s + dwellings and reinterprets this with a modern design including large windows, framed entrance porches etc.

The design took careful consideration of rear overlooking constraints and so the rear bedrooms were designed to have primary side views and high level rear views.
