New Build Residential Development
A contemporary design of eight detached residential dwellings which respond the contouring of the ground. The sloping site and the retention of existing trees required a small footprint, but with maximum use. Cart lodge roofs also provide outdoor living space with direct access from the kitchen and external open chimney for yearlong use. The materials of brick, powder coated standing seam roof, and aluminium windows are also of a contemporary palette which reinforces the design.
