Burnham Waters Contemporary Design, Burnham-on-Crouch
For this project SBAL designed in two styles, this more contemporary styled approach for The Burnham Waters development of an over 55’s village with an ethos focused on “green” energy. The main buildings include contemporary residential bungalows, a care home, independent living accommodation, medical facility sports and community centre, as well as several shops.
A selection of bungalows designed with a mixture of flat or pitched roofs with internal sizes ranging from one bedroom 950 sq ft, two bedroom 1250 sq ft, up to a three bedroom 1550 sq ft.
