Burnham Water, Independent Living Contemporary
As part of the reserved matters design stage alternative contemporary design of an over 55’s village, this new 55 unit Independent Living building was developed for consideration.
This building is to sit alongside 103 bungalows, a 70 bed care home, medical centre, small shops and with community sports and leisure facilities focused around a new lake.
The site will provide a quality living environment for residents and locals to enjoy.
