A mixed use scheme to reinforce the areas vibrancy and provide much needed residential accommodation. The aim is to provide an attractive development to Lodge Place and a positive contribution to the town.
The scheme will consist of 67 residential units and 1 commercial unit. The location is highly sustainable for public transport.
The design is influenced by the large mass of the adjacent building to the south and the terraced properties to the west.
The form is terraced both horizontally and vertically, so that the visual impact is reduced and it also provides opportunities.
