Refurbishment
SBAL were also appointed to provide interior design service for the reception, toilets, and all common areas. The reception interior design focused upon the internal illuminated reception desk and rear wall as guiding point. A textured porcelain wall with secret hinged doors allowed access to supporting service rooms. We sourced the soft furnishings of sofa, chairs, painting and rugs to dress the reception space.
The toilets were designed with a simple palette of colours and materials so that they have design longevity and protect the client’s investment.
