Our portfolio of experience gained in the retail, residential and commercial sectors gives us the necessary tools and rigour to explore the commercial value of a site.

Urban and green field masterplans, including regeneration, often necessitate the consideration of modern commercial requirements in close proximity to historic building fabric. Urban masterplans have often included or been juxtaposed with listed buildings, conservation areas and scheduled ancient monuments. A component of our success has been our ability to deal with consultations with others, notably English Heritage, CABE, the Environment Agency and Natural England.
