Skills Academy – Ipswich

Stanley Bragg submitted a planning application for the part conversion of an industrial facility to a Skills Academy this month. The Academy will provide a vocational training, placement and monitoring function, assisting in the provision of skilled construction labour.

Formal opening of Felmore school

A £5m refurbishment and extension of Felmore Primary School in Pitsea completed the 3rd and final phase of work. The new 9 class base, hall, library has allowed for the removal of the old junior school building, creating a cohesive single school environment.

Formal opening of Collaborative Learning Centre

The groundbreaking Collaborative Learning Centre in Wickford was officially opened this month. This facility provides the ability for developing the 12 local Primary Schools curriculum activities.

Wimpole Road

Phase 2 of the Wimpole Road development for East of England Cooperative Society Limited commenced in June 2010. The convienence retail store and apartment building are due to complete in April 2011
